Q: How long are the fishing trips?
A: A full day trip is about 10 hours and a half of a day is 5 hours.

Q: What kind of boat do you own
A: A 24' Scout with a 200 Hp Yamaha motor, with all the necessary electronics.

Q: What do we need to bring?
A: You will need to bring food and drink, the ice and cooler are provided. You also need sunscreen that is at least 30 SPF, rain gear and dress in appropriate clothing according to the weather.

Q: What kind of fishing equipment and bait will we be using?
A: You will be using open face spinning reels, Bass Assassin soft plastics and live and cut bait.

Q: Do we need fishing license?
A: No the captain will provide the license.

Q: What will we catch?
A: You will catch Spotted Sea Trout except for in February when their season is closed. Redfish will also be caught following the tide tables, because of the shallow waters. One that is caught every now and then is the Flounder. You possibly may catch Cobia, Spanish Mackerel and Tarpon when they are running in our shores.

Q: What accommodations are available?
A: There are several marinas and motels in the town of Steinhatchee one of which is the River Haven Marina and Motel. If you need any help making arrangements, let us know.

Q: Where will we meet?
A: We will meet at the River Haven Marina or the marina of your choice.

Q: What are the limits on the fish that we will catch?
A: Your party may keep 1 Redfish per person and 5 Trout per person.
